Hope Alive Church is a Christ-centered ministry committed to preaching the full Word of God and raising a people of hope, holiness, and eternal purpose. We believe in God the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, the second coming of Christ, and the call to live a righteous life after salvation.
Our threefold vision is to restore hope through God’s Word, raise a holy people for the Lord, and prepare hearts for heaven. Our mandate is to spread the message of hope across Nigeria and Africa, pointing souls to Christ.

About Our Shepherd
Pastor Sunday Olufuwa is a Chaplain who serves as the spiritual leader and visionary of our church, faithfully guiding a people of hope, holiness, and heavenly preparation. With a deep passion for the lost and a burning desire to see communities transformed by God’s Word, his ministry reflects the very heartbeat of our mission.
Grounded in rich theological training, Pastor Sunday holds a Master of Divinity from Liberty University with a focus in Chaplaincy, and a Master of Arts in Religion specializing in Evangelism and Church Growth from the same university. These academic foundations empower his commitment to raising a generation prepared for the second coming of Christ—built on hope (Jeremiah 29:11), holiness (Hebrews 12:14), and spiritual readiness (Luke 1:17).
Whether in the pulpit or the streets, Pastor Sunday brings warmth, wisdom, and unwavering faith. He is joyfully married and a proud father of two sons, and he leads our community not only by instruction but by example—living out the message of salvation and righteous living every day.
His mandate is clear: to spread the transforming message of God’s hope across Nigeria, Africa, and beyond, preparing souls for eternity.

Our Children
“Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it.” – Proverbs 22:6 (NKJV)
Just like the scripture states above. In Habitation Of Hope Assembly, we train our children not just to live godly lives but to worship God and encounter him personally even at a young age.
Our children’s ministry is a safe, joyful, and spirit-filled space where every child is known, loved, and nurtured. Here, they grow in knowledge of God’s Word, in prayer, in worship, and in godly character.
From vibrant praise sessions to engaging Bible stories, creative activities, and gentle mentorship, each moment with them is sowing eternal seeds.
We rejoice in the laughter of our little ones because we know they are God’s gift—and we are honored to help shape their walk with Him.
Our minstrels
Habitation Of Hope Assembly choir is a team of passionate worshippers who understand that true worship begins from the heart. Week after week, they rehearse with diligence and sing with joy, leading the congregation into deeper encounters with God’s presence.
Through hymns, contemporary songs, and spontaneous moments of praise, the choir helps create an atmosphere where burdens are lifted and lives are transformed.
We believe that praise is powerful—and our choir is one of the vessels God uses to pour His presence upon His people.
